The
Hoyt Family Association is a non-profit Association, formed in
January 1983, along with it's new publication, the Hoyts'
Issue magazine publisher by Roy F. Olson Jr.
Hoyts'
Issue's sole purpose is to enable all Hoyte, Hoyt, Hoit, Hoitt,
Haight, Hight, or any of the 19 or more variations, to have a
mutual source of information in a central file.
The
Hoyt Family Association serves as headquarters for collecting
material related to the surname of Hoyt and it's allied
families. |
|
|
Material
used in Hoyts' Issue has been accumulated by your Editor over the
past years, along with material submitted by other members, who
are Contributing Editors.
Queries by anyone are welcome. Queries should be submitted on a
separate piece of paper. The Editor reserves the right to edit any
and all material submitted. Books and manuscripts related to
genealogy, history and the surname HOYT or one of its allied
families may be submitted to Hoyts' Issue for review in future
issues. The book will be placed in the Hoyts' Issue library for
use of members.
Families and reunion information should be submitted by February
1st of each year to be entered into the April publication and July
1st to be listed in the October issue. Readers are urged to submit
their own genealogical data for our files and for use in future
publications. We welcome all material found in census lists,
cemeteries, court houses, biographies, family Bibles, libraries,
newspapers or personal photographs, etc. You do not have to be a
member to submit a query or material to be published.
